My Project

We are beginning our fitness journey in the next couple of months. The goal is for students to understand how moving your body and being physically active is good for the heart and body. Along with physical fitness, I am challenging students to have a step goal and log their steps each time they come to gym class. They will create a goal to start class, wear the pedometer during class and at the end of class, log their steps in their fitness journal.
