My Project

The snacks will help my students to stay focused, energized, and ready to learn throughout the school day. For many students hunger makes it difficult to concentrate, manage their emotions, or participate fully in lessons. Having snacks that are accessible allows students to refuel, regulate their bodies, and remain engaged in learning activities. When their basic needs are met, they are better able to listen, think, and do their best work.

My goal with this project is to create an environment where students feel supported, cared for, and ready to learn.

By providing snacks, I hope to reduce distractions caused by hunger, support positive behavior and help students feel valued.

I love my students because they are curious, resilient, and eager to learn. Each child brings unique strengths, personalities, and needs into our classroom. Providing snacks is one small but meaningful way to show them that their well being matters and that they are deserving of care.
