This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

STEM opportunities through play allow students to have hands-on learning opportunities that are engaging and fun for all!

These hands-on opportunities allow students to engage in games and learning activities that foster their skills in problem-solving, analytical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and so much more!

And all while students are having fun!

This project includes a multitude of different STEM-related games and hands-on learning activities that students of all skill levels and grade levels will be able to engage in during indoor recess times and classroom community-building times.

There are countless skills that students can develop through game playing such as critical thinking skills, creativity, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. Play lets children practice what they know, and also what they don't. It allows them to experiment through trial and error, find solutions to problems, work out the best strategies, and build new confidence and skills.
