My Students

I am a part of opening a brand new elementary school this fall. I have yet to meet my students, but I am eager to get to know them soon!

Since our school is brand new, I am learning about the different needs of each of my students from scratch.

I have a lot of students coming into school for the very first time this year, as I will be teaching kindergarten. Although they are new to the school system, I am sure that they are eager to come each day and learn new things!

My Project

The Osmos's will help students to have extremely hands on experiences with various forms of technology. They will be able to build different letters to practice the alphabet and spelling basic words.

Having materials to help students paint will allow them to express themselves through art.

Having paint brushes and holders for paint make it easier and faster for us to do more projects involving paint.

Being able to make anchor charts helps us with our shared reading and writing activities as a whole class! It is essential for kindergarteners to have these shared experiences as they are learning the basics of reading and writing.
