My Project

What I love most about my 5th grade students is their resilience, curiosity and the way they find joy in learning - no matter the challenges they face. We are a 100% poverty-level school, but my students show up every day with bright minds and big hearts, ready to grow, explore and succeed.

In my classroom we have fun - but we also stay focused.

I believe in creating a learning environment that's joyful, engaging, and structured. My students know I have high expectations, and they rise to meet them every time.

This project will fill our classroom with high-interest books, educational board games, and hands on science materials. These resources will help my students strengthen their reading, build teamwork and problem-solving skills, and explore science through exciting real-world activities - all while having fun.

These resources will help level the playing field and create a classroom where every student has the tools they need to thrive. With your support, we can make sure their love of learning keeps growing - because they deserve nothing less!
