My Project

My 2nd-grade students are inquisitive and love to be challenged. They have learned to collaborate and problem-solve throughout the year as we have practiced working together to solve STEAM/STEM tasks. They have learned that it is okay to make mistakes and to adjust their thinking to come up with an alternate solution. The items for this project will help us wrap up the year in a memorable way, all while practicing the skills we have learned throughout the year.

My goal is to provide a fun culmination project filled with collaborative challenges that will stretch our thinking and encourage us to think outside the box to solve problems and be creative.

We will use the requested items to complete the tasks presented such as building paper airplanes, creating neon art, and solving Math challenges. With your help, we can continue to develop these skills.
