I am one of a group of coaches that have the privilege to coach high school baseball to an amazing group of young men between the ages of 14 to 18. These baseball players are constantly working on becoming better players and people everyday.
Baseball: Increases Coordination, Teaches Working with a Team, and Baseball is Timeless!
These young men are a special group of kids that work extremely hard at everything that they do. We want them to excel not only in the classroom but on the diamond by becoming superior teammates and exceptional leaders. Our students come from working-class families. Many of these families come from the fishing industry or serve our country in the military.
My Project
When our project is fully funded it will allow our players the opportunity to have the equipment that they need to practice and play in games. With a 23 game season on both the Varsity and Junior Varsity baseball teams the gear they have is worn out or we just don't have it. Our Junior Varsity program is only 2 years old and we are trying to ensure that we have enough equipment for every player that wants to be apart of the BULLDOGS!
With this equipment it will help us start the season of on the right pitch!
This equipment that we need will help us continue to upgrade outdated equipment and/or broken equipment that needs to be replaced. Our boys would love your support of getting this new equipment so they have a chance to successful and prepared to play the game that they love!
