This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Providing students with warm food and drinks is essential for their overall well-being and academic performance. Warm meals, snacks, and beverages contribute to physical health by aiding digestion and maintaining optimal body temperature. When students consume warm food, it helps in the efficient breakdown of nutrients, ensuring that their bodies receive the necessary energy to sustain focus and concentration throughout the school day. Warm drinks, such as coffee, tea, or soup, can also have a soothing effect on the throat, promoting respiratory health and reducing discomfort during cooler seasons. Moreover, warm food served on plates and drinks plays a significant role in creating a conducive learning environment. The comfort derived from enjoying a warm meal or beverage fosters a sense of well-being and security among students.

The weighted animals allow students to feel more calm at their desks in the classroom while working on assignments.

This, in turn, positively influences their mental state, making them more receptive to learning experiences. Incorporating warm meals and drinks into the school routine not only supports physical health but also contributes to a positive and conducive atmosphere for effective learning.
