Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

The end of the year is always the most challenging! Keeping my students focused and their energy up, is so difficult when summer is right around the corner. Add in the heat and the bright shining sun, it makes each day a battle.

I am hoping that these snacks will help to keep their energy up and help incentivize them to complete their work.

I took a vote with the kids and my class loves spicy food and chips! Pringles were the next top choice and then they wanted Slim Jims but I was able to convince them to choose beef jerky the healthier option.

Hopefully these snacks will keep them on track and help us make it to the end of the school year.
