My Students
My third graders are creative, inspiring, innovative, and active. I am so grateful to spend my day learning alongside them. These students are involved in so many activities inside and outside of school, both in the community and outside. Our school itself, is a low-income school, in a rural community.
My students are eager to try new things and use their passions for good, and that's why I believe it's my job to give them the education they deserve to receive.
Our class is made up of so many dreamers and inventors, and I can't wait to see where the world takes them.
My Project
I have a lot of students who are interested in STEM-related activities. They love cars and building tracks for cars. I would love to incorporate the Hot Wheels set for inside recess on rainy/snowy days.
The Money books will be a great addition to our library during our Economics unit.
Currently, I am borrowing them from a co-worker. I would love to have my own set to reference and talk through with students.
Lastly, we have had a shortage of markers this year. I hope to start next year out on a good note! I would love to go through the old markers, and have a classroom stash for students to use next year!
