My Project

At our school, we are dedicated to fostering the next generation of leaders, we believe in the transformative power of Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STREAM) education. The majority of our school population is Native American. We strive to provide a culturally relevant and engaging learning environment that empowers our students to embrace their heritage while preparing them for success in the 21st century.

However, our vision for a truly innovative learning experience is incomplete without access to a 3D printer.

Students will be able to design and print models that celebrate their cultural heritage, fostering a deeper connection to their history and traditions.3D printing will allow students to explore the intersection of their cultural knowledge with cutting-edge technology, promoting innovation within their communities. Students will be able to tackle real-world problems relevant to their communities, using 3D printing to design and prototype solutions that address local needs.

A 3D printer will equip OMSA with the tools necessary to bridge the digital divide and provide our students with the same opportunities for technological exploration as their peers. Students will be empowered to express their cultural identity through design and creation, building confidence and self-esteem.

Preparing for the Future: By integrating 3D printing into our curriculum, we are equipping our students with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a technology-driven world.
