Fueling Potential: Excellence in Education for a Brighter Tomorrow

Help me give my students name tag holders, chair organizers,hand sanitizer, bleach wipes, snacks and prizes for incentives to keep them organized and motivated as they continue to strive for excellence throughout the school year.

My Project

What I love most about my scholars is their curiosity and energy! As a teacher of Kindergarten students, I get to witness their excitement for learning every day.They are always on the move, engaging in the lesson no matter the subject. This dynamic learning environment requires flexibility, organization and incentives to keep them motivated and eager to learn. Therefore, the name plates, chair organizers and incentives will help them stay organized and on task as they continue to strive academically.

Incentives are vital for encouraging positive behavior.

These rewards will spark excitement and motivate my scholars to perform well, leading to better organization and improved classroom management. When students feel motivated, they are more likely to engage and listen, resulting in a smoother learning environment.

The name plates will also be beneficial for my scholars because they will be able to see their name written out which will help them learn to correctly write and spell their names. It also allows them to have ownership of their area. Because the scholars sit at tables, there is no place for them to store their books and supplies. Therefore, the chair organizers will be helpful for them to put their books, and supplies in an organized manner.

Additionally, cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer will promote health in the classroom and prevent the spread of germs. My scholars eat lunch at 10:30 AM and often feel hungry later in the day. Providing snacks will ensure they have the fuel they need to stay focused and engaged. Since many of my students come from low-income households and cannot bring snacks from home, these provisions will energize them as they strive for excellence every day.
