My Students
Today's students are fueled by technology and are becoming more confident digital citizens by the day. We should be using this "citizenship" to fuel learning in our classrooms.
I teach a diverse group of students that are VERY excited about technology and the enrichment it can bring to their lives.
My students may not have a lot of technology to use at home, and so I try to make their learning experience at school as rich with technology as possible-as this is the way the world is moving. My students light up when they use technology, and they are much more excited about learning and have a stronger sense of ownership over their learning when they use technology.
My Project
My students will use this tablet to help supplement their learning. Through the use of the tablet, the students will be able to use different websites and games to enrich their learning experience in all subjects including math and language arts. The students will be able to work on writing projects and learning beyond the classroom walls.
