My Project
By providing quick snacks before or between practices, we ensure no student is left hungry. When kids are fed well, they concentrate better, engage more actively, and bounce back faster from exercise—helping them learn new motor skills and play more collaboratively.
Staying hydrated is essential for brain and body performance.
Adequate hydration prevents fatigue and helps students stay alert during PE, enabling safer movement and better decision-making during sports drills and games.
When bodies are fueled, hydrated, and comfortable, students show up better prepared to:
Learn new movement skills with confidence
Collaborate and communicate effectively during games and drills
Feel included and valued, regardless of their socio-economic background
