This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are incredibly unique—each one brings their own strengths, challenges, and creative ways of thinking. For example, some of my students struggle with maintaining focus for long periods, while others need additional sensory support throughout the day. Providing them with snacks like Black Forest Juicy Burst Berry Mix Fruit Snacks, hot chips, and Nutella & Go! will offer a quick energy boost, helping them stay focused during critical testing moments or in the middle of long lessons.

The goal of this project is to ensure my students have the nourishment they need to concentrate and perform their best.

For instance, students who get hungry during testing often experience difficulty concentrating, but with these snacks, they’ll be able to stay engaged and give their best effort. These snacks will also be used for daily classroom breaks to keep energy levels steady, ensuring my students feel supported both academically and emotionally.
