This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The specific items we're requesting, such as dry erase markers, erasers for the dry erase board, desk pencil holders, and tissues, will greatly enhance our students' learning experience. Dry erase markers and erasers facilitate interactive learning activities on the board, fostering engagement and collaboration among students. Desk pencil holders help keep essential writing tools organized and easily accessible, promoting a focused learning environment. Additionally, tissues are comforting for students who may experience discomfort due to allergies, colds, or other minor ailments. Having tissues accessible allows students to quickly address any discomfort without disrupting the flow of the lesson.

My goal for this project is to create a supportive and well-equipped learning environment that fosters academic success and personal growth for my dual language class of 25 lovely students. By providing essential classroom supplies like dry erase markers, erasers, desk pencil holders, and nose tissues, I aim to enhance the effectiveness of my instructional strategies and promote a positive and productive learning atmosphere for all students.

3. What makes our students special is their diverse backgrounds and unique perspectives. As a dual language class, our students come from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds, enriching our classroom community with their different experiences and insights. They are eager learners who demonstrate resilience, creativity, and a strong desire to succeed academically. Our students' enthusiasm for learning and their willingness to support one another create a vibrant and inclusive learning environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
