My Project
I absolutely love how eager my students are to challenge themselves and grow as mathematicians. When I introduced the Math 24 game, I never imagined how quickly it would take off — more than fifty students signed up to join our after-school Math Club! Their excitement for math is contagious. Even after narrowing the group down to thirty dedicated players, their enthusiasm and teamwork continue to amaze me each week.
The resources in this project will make a huge difference for our students.
The single-digit and double-digit 24 cards will give every student the chance to practice critical thinking and mental math skills at their level. The multiplication and division primer sets will help strengthen fluency and build the confidence students need to take on more challenging problems. Finally, the tournament set, complete with trophies and official materials, will allow us to host our very own Math 24 competition — giving our students a true tournament experience and a chance to celebrate their hard work.
With your support, my students will have the tools they need to practice, compete, and shine. This project will not only prepare them for the upcoming March tournament but also show them that math can be exciting, rewarding, and fun!
