Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will create a healthy, engaging, and environmentally focused classroom where students can learn and thrive. By providing a fan, we will improve airflow and reduce the need for constant air conditioning, promoting energy efficiency while keeping the classroom comfortable. Fidgets will be available to help students channel energy in positive ways, improving focus and reducing distractions during lessons. Nutritious snacks will support student well-being, ensuring that hunger is not a barrier to learning. Finally, new science supplies such as an aquarium, soil, and seeds will give students hands-on opportunities to explore environmental concepts, encouraging curiosity and deepening their understanding of the world around them. Together, these resources will build an inclusive and sustainable learning environment that nurtures both academic growth and environmental responsibility.
