My Project
At NMS, We believe in empowering students with real world skills that will serve them beyond the classroom. To achieve this, our Exceptional Education Department ( special education students) is launching a student run coffee business with tea and pastries. Through this hands-on project, that supports SC College and Career Ready Standards, student will learn entrepreneurship, customer service, financial literacy, marketing and teamwork.
We plan to sell coffee, tea, and pastries to staff and visitors several mornings a week.
This will not only teach critical job skills but will foster leadership, responsibility, and confidence.
However, we need your help to get started! Your generous donation will help us purchase essential equipment such as coffee makers, coffee, cups, supplies. With your support, students will experience the pride of creating running a real business while building skills that will open doors for their futures.
