My Project
What I love most about my students is their resilience. Despite the challenges many of them face outside of school, they show up with energy, creativity, and a desire to belong. They are kind, hilarious, and full of potential. Still, chronic absenteeism remains one of the biggest barriers to their success.
By providing snacks as daily or weekly incentives, we can make school feel more welcoming and rewarding.
These small gestures can help create positive routines, boost motivation, and remind our students that being present matters—not just for academics, but for their growth and confidence.
