Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The specific items I am requesting, a novel set, will make a significant difference in my students' learning by providing them with engaging and diverse reading materials. These novels will expose them to different genres, cultures, and perspectives, helping to develop their reading comprehension, critical thinking, and empathy skills.
My goals for this project are to foster a love for reading among my students, improve their reading fluency and comprehension, and expand their vocabulary.
By having access to a variety of novels, my students will have the opportunity to explore different literary worlds, develop their imagination, and become more confident and independent readers.
What makes my students special is their unique blend of talents, interests, and backgrounds. They are a diverse group of individuals who bring their own experiences and perspectives to the classroom. They are curious, creative, and eager to learn. I am constantly amazed by their resilience, kindness, and willingness to support one another. They inspire me every day, and I am committed to providing them with the best educational experiences possible.
