Help me give my students healthy snacks for after school sports, practices and games

My Students
My students are amazing, marvelous and challenging on many levels. They come to school excited, eager to experience an exciting lesson. I often refer to them jokingly as “challenging customers” that refuse to accept second best. As I try my best to provide excellent customer service to my clientele, I find that it is never enough to just teach.
It is a journey to discover how best to serve every single one of my students and get them ready for college and for life and I am enjoying the ride.
Our school is a Title I school in Atlanta where 100% of our students receive free breakfast and lunch. Many of our students are facing many socioeconomic challenges that hinder their academic success. As I observe them interact with one another, enthused in a lesson, I regain my conviction that a future is possible and achievable for all my students.
My Project
It is not impossible to change the world. I have come to the realization that I can effect changes, one student, at a time, one player at a time. I want to be present each moment while changing the world.
Watching my students athletes on the field made me aware of one reality that I've overlooked for some time; the day doesn't end for the student-athletes.
Donating to our project will ensure that I am able to give a snack to my students involved in after-school activities. With your help, they will be fed, fueled and ready to play. Hunger will not be a deterrent to their participation in sports or after school activities.
