This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

At our school, we allocate a specified amount of time for snack time to help keep students energized throughout the school day. Unfortunately, the majority of the students do not bring a snack.

With the requested funds, I would be able to provide daily snacks to students that aren't able to bring snacks from home.

In the past, about half of my class is in need of a snack to help support them during the school day.

Snacks are offered to ALL students in the classroom, but prioritized to students that do not have one.
