My Project

Some of my students get to school late on a regular basis and I would like to provide them with something to stop those rumbling bellies and help take care of any food insecurity first thing in the morning because food is essential. I want to make sure my students have one less thing to worry about.

Having snacks readily available not only decreases grumpiness, shame, and embarrassment.

It allows students to focus on learning. Students who have their basic needs met have been shown through research to be more successful in learning throughout the day.
