This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me give my students sturdy, spacious tables to replace the old, wobbly desks that no longer meet their needs. Many of our current desks are too small for 8th graders to sit comfortably, and their built-in storage often becomes cluttered, making our classroom feel disorganized and chaotic. By providing tables, we can create a more open, flexible, and focused learning environment that fits our growing students and encourages collaboration and responsibility. Tables will help transform our space into a cleaner, more inviting classroom where students can thrive. A simple change in furniture can make a big difference in how students engage with their work and with each other. With your support, we can give them a space that reflects the respect and care they deserve, making it easier for them to focus, learn, and grow together every day.
