My Project
It's important for a teacher to have a privacy screen on their monitor in a classroom and cleaning supplies for several key reasons. The most important reason is that teachers often work with sensitive student information (grades, IEPs, health records) on their computers. A privacy screen limits the viewing angle, preventing students or other unauthorized individuals from easily seeing this confidential data. This helps comply with privacy regulations like FERPA in the US.
Classrooms are high-traffic areas where germs can easily spread.
Having cleaning supplies readily available allows teachers and potentially students (with appropriate guidance) to quickly clean up spills, sanitize frequently touched surfaces (desks, doorknobs), and maintain a healthier environment, reducing the spread of illness.
