This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My 6th grade students are new to the English language or have other special needs. To meet those needs, I want to give my students materials that are available at a moment's notice and in colors that are coded for meaning.
With your help, I hope to provide my students with a new classroom printer and colorful paper!
Unfortunately, my printer broke at the end of last year due to mechanical issues. It was an awesome printer that generated much needed classroom resources/content with a push of button--this new printer will hopefully do as much! Lastly, the colorful paper will allow my students to identify our 8 science skills/practices and organize them accordingly in their science notebooks.
