From Mountain Views to Masterpieces: a Blended Photography Studio

Help me give my students a photo printer, ink, and stylus pens to let my photography students bridge the gap between traditional and digital art, creating stunning digital portfolios.

FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Barberi's classroom raised $775

My Project

In the shadows of the majestic Rocky Mountains, my art students are ready to capture the beauty and spirit of their rural community through photography. While they are inspired by their surroundings, they are limited by a lack of high quality digital art media.

With your support we can transform our art studio into a blended art studio, a space where students can bridge traditional photography with new digital techniques.

The iPad stylus pens will give my students precision and control for their digital photography. With features like tilt sensing and palm rejection, students can make precise edits like cropping and color-correcting or add unique, hand drawn elements to their photos. The magnetic charging capabilities of the stylus pens also ensures seamless workflow, allowing them to move effortlessly from capturing images to editing, keeping their creative process unchanged efficient.

The Epsom EcoTank printer, photo paper, and ink will liberate my photography students from the constraints of expensive print labs and ink cartridges. With a massive supply of ink, the students can experiment freely, create countless prints, and build a portfolio without hesitation. This isn’t about just saving money; it’s about gaining full creative control and manifesting their artistic vision from the digital file to final tangible print.

This project will provide essential materials that empower our students to turn creative visions into reality. They will learn to master digital DSLR cameras, edit photos with precision, and produce processional-quality prints of their work. These skills go far be7the classroom. —-they build problem-solving abilities, foster an appreciation for their unique hometown, and give our students the tools to share their stories with the world.
