Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

All of our students are passionate about creating video games. It is fantastic to watch how their imaginations surpass expectations. Through this project, students reinforce their programming knowledge while incorporating other subjects such as math, English, art, physics, and geometry. Students select their own teammates, and we, as teachers, observe the development of collaboration, organization, and teamwork. Students will design their avatars for the game and bring them to life by 3D printing them.

The filament will help students learn how to manage and operate 3D printers.

Above all, the goal is to provide every student with the opportunity to experience 3D printing. They will witness how their creativity, imagination, teamwork, and knowledge can be materialized into something tangible.
