My students need butcher paper to start the year off with creative bulletin boards full of inspirational color.

Do you still get that feeling of magic when you walk into an elementary school classroom?
I want my students to walk into my classroom and be inspired.
Most of them come from homes where creativity is a luxury. They don't get the chance to daydream and let their imaginations soar. They are faced with caring for their siblings and focusing on meeting their own basic needs. They should walk into my classroom and know that they are special from their first glance. Bulletin board paper would help me decorate my classroom and create a space that is worthy of them. They are used to having second-hand materials and warn-out supplies. I want to give them a place to learn that is as special as they are. I want them to walk into my school and know that they are special by how special it appears. My colleagues and I do a wonderful job of creating an inviting learning environment. We spend our own time and money to give our students the learning space that they deserve. Any help that we can get is always welcomed and appreciated.
When they walk into my classroom I want my students to be filled with excitement and inspiration. I want to encourage their curiosity and fill them with the hope of a new year. I want to create an environment where there are endless possibilities and everything seems attainable. That is why I am requesting butcher paper to create vivid and captivating bulletin boards that will surround my students with a pleasant and positive environment. Right now our school does not currently have the budget to purchase supplies for teachers. The only way to create a bright and welcoming classroom is for me to purchase the materials myself. I don't want my students to face a bare, sterile classroom. I want my classroom to be a beautiful space that makes my students feel wanted and loved. I want them to know from the very first glimpse around my room that they are entering a whole new world and I want them to know how much I care about them just by looking around.
The beginning of a new school year is a special time filled with endless promise.
I want my students to know from the moment that they walk into my classroom that anything is possible and all of their dreams can come true. I want them to see that I have taken the time to create a learning environment full of information and inspiration. I will continue to provide a valuable education to all of my students regardless of the setting, but I also want to inspire them.
