My Project
My seventh-grade science students are a diverse group, with many different challenges and needs, but they all share excitement for hands-on learning experiences where they are able to apply the concepts they've learned in real ways in the physical world.
These are the kinds of learning experiences they will remember most and that have the greatest potential to inspire them to pursue STEM careers.
Dissecting frogs will wrap up our unit on learning about cells, organs, and organ systems, engage students of all abilities, and give them real-world, collaborative experience applying scientific knowledge and skills.
