Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting basic sweatpants for my students so they can have a change of clothes ready. Since my school houses so many shelter students, I want to be able to support them with their basic needs so they can focus in school. These students are already dealing with so many personal problems at home. They don't need to worry about the basic need for cleanliness.

As a school counselor, I want to support my students and teach them to be healthy physically and emotionally. Any student can have an accident. I want to make sure that they have the items they need to continue their school day in a relaxed manner. The hangers will be used to hang up clothing on our new clothing rack!
