My Project
My students are a lively, happy, and creative bunch of kiddos, each with his or her own story, talents and needs, but working together to make our classroom a welcoming place to learn and grow. I am an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher and work with 20 students grades kindergarten thru 2nd grade. I help them gain skills in reading, math, and social language.
I want my classroom to remain a comfortable, positive environment to encourage perseverance and a love for learning!
The colors of the world markers will help us to represent ourselves. The thick and then markers, scissors, and felt tip pens and paper will help to replace the materials we used all year! We could really use some fresh supplies to liven up our learning! The organizational/storage items, like the rolling drawer cart will help hold our items and keep them neat for quick access. It will help us focus more time on our learning and less time on locating our needed materials. With these materials, learning will pop, be fresh and come to life for my English Language Learners.
