This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are a fun and energetic group, with a variety of abilities, interests, and learning styles. As first graders, all of them struggle with keeping their materials organized. The supplies requested will help to maximize learning time by giving them color-coded folders and notebooks, as well as coordinating bins for classroom use, making storing and retrieving materials an easier process.
In donating to this project, you will bring color to our classroom while helping to increase our efficient use of time.
They will also be thrilled to receive fresh art supplies, which will breathe new enthusiasm into their art, science drawings, and even story writing. At this age, most students convey their meaning through pictures as well as words, and the crayons and colored pencils will be greatly appreciated.
