Fresh Start: Clean Floors for Bright Minds

My Project

We hope this message finds you well. As part of our ongoing effort to create a cleaner, safer, and more comfortable learning environment for our students and teachers, we are seeking your support to purchase a commercial-grade carpet extractor.

Our classrooms see a lot of foot traffic every day, and regular vacuuming simply isn’t enough to keep the carpets truly clean.

A carpet extractor will allow us to deep clean our classroom carpets—removing allergens, dirt, and bacteria that can affect both health and focus in the learning space.

As the school librarian, I see firsthand how much work goes into creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our students and teachers. One of the quiet heroes behind the scenes is our Buildings Supervisor, Juan, who has served our district with heart and dedication for over 30 years.

Each summer, Juan goes above and beyond to prepare every classroom so it’s ready for a fresh start in the fall. However, limited district budgets and a shortage of resources make it increasingly difficult for him to do his job as effectively as he could.

That’s why I’m reaching out to ask for your support in helping us purchase a commercial-grade carpet extractor. This equipment would allow Juan to deep clean the classroom carpets more thoroughly and efficiently—removing allergens, dirt, and bacteria that regular vacuums simply can’t touch.

Your donation would not only ease the burden on someone who gives so much, but it would also help us ensure a healthier, more focused learning environment for all our students and teachers.
