My Project
The classroom library is the most popular place in my classroom! Students love nothing more than finding a cozy spot and enjoying a good book. It’s not uncommon to hear groans and protests when it’s time to stop and switch activities. Inspiring a love for reading is essential to success in school.
This project will add new reading material to our library and most importantly, new grade level appropriate books in Spanish. Many students in my class are bilingual. Some only speak Spanish and need print in their first language.
This classroom project was brought to life by Perry and Donna Golkin Family Foundation
and 3 other donors.
