My Project
Last year, our school ordered consumable copies of Frankenstein for our English II classes. Unfortunately, it's not in the budget this year.
Frankenstein is a dense text, and providing copies that students can annotate helps to increase comprehension and allow for deeper analysis.
When students can write directly in their own texts, it makes it much easier to follow along and quicker to find the evidence they need to support claims when writing about or discussing the text. We're so appreciative of the DonorsChoose community for helping us to prioritize our learning and grow our critical thinking and analysis skills!
