This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
French class at Las Vegas High School is gamifying medieval in 2025! A full classroom remodel has transformed my classroom from a normal high school space to a medieval castle in the Kingdom of Zaccaria. Students will play through a year-long storyline, with various character types, scenarios, roles, and objectives. Not only will students learn French, but they will learn teamwork, collaboration, and strategy through the trials and tribulations of the "Kingdom of Zaccaria," the fictional kingdom central to the game lore. While I have already spent much of my own money on this project, the last few pieces added here will help me complete my quest to gamify my classroom.
