Help me give my students the freedom of flexible seating with soft seats so that they can read and do assignments without feeling restrained. We need paper because my ELLs need a hard copy of curriculum.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach 4th grade ELA in a low-income neighborhood where supplies are limited. But my students are bright and always excited to learn! They are very creative and have that innate will to learn and teach one another every single day. They are always looking for exciting new books to read, discover, and delve deeper into. They challenge themselves mentally and emotionally every day to take on new challenges. They inspire me to get out of my comfort zone and try something that may be daunting but without failure nothing is possible. They truly motivate me to try new things and bring new meaning to the term "You will always miss 100% of the shots you don't take!".
My Project
These resources and materials will help my students roam my classroom and find a nook to comfortably sit with their cushions. The sharpener and pencils will go very far because as of right now that is our biggest struggle. I also have a large ELL population, who learn best with print outs and pictures because they are visual and tactile learners.
Instead of using a handheld sharpener like the one we have been using, my students with an electric sharpener can save so much instructional time.
The less time they spend sharpening, the more time they can receive learning. We as a classroom community truly appreciate your time and donations!
