My Project

As an interventionist, the small budget I have received has hindered my ability to be able to provide adequate supplies for my students. As I continue to work with these students, I am finding that having hands-on supplies would really enhance their ability to learn and to be truly engaged with the material.

The supplies included for this project will provide students with the ability to manipulate fractions while providing a visual and tangible option to see how different fractions relate to another.

I wanted two sets to ensure that both the students and myself are able to work simultaneously on fractions together. The purpose of the Expo Markers are to coincide with the whiteboards we currently have at the school. These can be used directly with the fraction manipulatives.
