My Project

Fractions are a huge part of fourth grade math, and nothing makes it easier to learn about them than these Fraction Blocks!

Unlike Fraction Strips which are easily lost and knocked around, these Fraction Blocks actually clip together so students can see equivalent fractions SO easily!

Fraction Blocks are a game changer when it comes to seeing equivalent fractions, and when adding, subtracting, and multiplying fractions. My goal for this project is to have a set of Fraction Blocks for every student in our class so everyone can have the hands-on learning experience they deserve when it comes to these complicated concepts.

My students are special because they are hard workers! They love math and love learning new things every day, and they really enjoy being able to have physical tools in front of them to help them see the concepts we're being introduced to. These Fraction Blocks are perfect for my students this year, but also for every year after!
