Foundational Math

Help me give my students a hand in learning required foundational math skills.

My Project

My goal with this project is to target my students who are struggling in math. I hope that through the use of hands-on centers my students are able to retain learning experiences to assist with meeting the state standards. For the students that are performing poorly in math, this will give them a variety of ways to encounter learning. As individuals, we each have our own learning styles and benefit from being taught the various learning methods. So whether the child is visual, auditory, or needs a hands-on approach I want to ensure that each student is learning in the way most appropriate for them. The children will be able to engage in learning projects that teach about place values, money, addition, and counting up to 120etc. Thank you for your support.
