My Project

Our school is looking to have its first esports program for 5th –7th grade students. To start the program, we need the following equipment: game consoles, controllers, and related materials.

We are starting this program because it will provide students with the opportunity to engage in a team sport without the physical requirements of other sports while still fostering sportsmanship, collaborative play and healthy competition.

An Esports program is inclusive to all students regardless of age, gender and language. Additionally, esports appeals to a wide range of students in our schools.

The addition of this program will enhance our afterschool program options for students and families. Esports is not just an activity, but another avenue for future scholarships.
