My Project
As I head into my third full year of teaching, I am excited to continue growing in my passion for teaching English Language Arts and to inspire my students to become confident, lifelong readers. I am seeking support to enhance my classroom environment with resources that promote comfort, engagement, and creativity.
Meeting the individual needs of my diverse learners is always a top priority.
Flexible seating options—such as wobble stools and floor cushions—will empower students with choice, help improve focus, and increase overall engagement. Providing alternatives to traditional seating allows students to learn in the ways that best support their attention and comfort. Clipboards will give students the freedom to move around the room and work in different spaces, removing the limitation of sitting at a desk. This mobility fosters independence and allows for more collaborative and dynamic learning opportunities.
In addition, organizational tools and classroom supplies will help create a calm, structured environment where students feel safe, focused, and ready to learn. A well-organized space supports smoother transitions, reduces stress, and leaves more room for creativity and meaningful learning experiences.
With these resources, I aim to build a positive, inclusive classroom where students are inspired to take ownership of their learning and grow both academically and personally.
