Fostering Focus: Calming Fidgets in the Classroom

My Project

When students get anxious or frustrated in the classroom, it makes it difficult to learn! Calming fidgets are one useful way to supporting students in calming down so that they can find focus and return to learning. Soothing calming fidgets help students relax as they watch the bubbles and colors move and float in the tubes. And because they are small, students can take the fidget tubes to their desks or a calming corner while they regulate their emotions.

Finding peace and comfort in times of stress is one important aspect to student learning!

We often don't think about how anxiety and frustration can play a role is hindering learning, but it is a reality for our students. Simple calming fidgets can make a huge difference!
