My Project
My incredible students all carry a diagnosis of Autism. This means they learn in different ways. One way is through Art. Art allows them to demonstrate their creativity and express themselves with success.
My project is to provide my students with various art materials that will help foster their creativity and help them to develop fine motor skills and be able to feel successful.
Materials requested include various types of paints and brushes, tissue paper shapes, bingo dobbers, glitter, cotton balls, googly eyes, adhesive paper and Velcro dots. These materials all will allow my students to create beautiful works of art and be able to take pride in seeing their creativity showcased.
