My Students

What I love about my kindergarteners is that they are so bright and spiritedl!! Forget the typical answers that you would expect to get from a Kindergartener. During the Letter of the day, instead of getting words like "hat, van or rat" I would get words like "hypothesis, vibration, and ravishing"!

I am amazed by these young minds being able to produce such creative and unexpected responses!

It is truly refreshing to see them so eager to learn and so enthusiastic! Every day I look forward to what they will be doing or telling me next!

My Project

My students will experience learning through technology in a way they never have before! They will enter the OSMO universe, experiencing hands-on learning and digital fun. The Osmo games will transform their iPads into a hands-on tool, making core subjects like Spelling, Math fresh and fun!

Using OSMO will help my students hone essential skills like visual thinking as well as creative problem-solving.

The students will use the OSMO kits individually during centers and will also work with a partner to discover the world of spelling, numbers and shapes. Using this technology will help improve their reading as well as their algebraic thinking skills.
