This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We do virtual learning using computers and it helps students to understand way better if each of them has their own headphones. Rewards also makes the class more engage and increases participation. Printing hand-outs could maximize the time in doing assessments. Their brain will function more if they are full so I decided to give them snacks as a reward if they do good. Using whiteboards to show their answers will make the teaching and learning process interactive. I also asked for colored paper to print some certificates for those achievers.
