Help me give my students a sweetheart learning experience for Valentine's Day. We are learning to count up to 100, using candy. Each student will count out 100 pieces of candy, until all the boxes are filled.
This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
My students are tiny sponges, who are eager to learn everyday. Each one of my students come with unique characteristics and circumstances. However, they are always excited to learn new things. We will be learning how to count to 100, using candy. Each student will count out 100 pieces of candy and place them in a bag. The students will line up. Then every student will walk around the classroom and drop one piece of candy in their classmates treat box until they get to 100, after the students have counted the pieces of candy, we will all have a sweetheart party enjoying our treats.
