This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our high school is located in a city. The neighborhoods our students come from are pretty tough. Some of the stories we hear are heartbreaking. We try to create a safe haven within our school for our students. We don't have the best equipment or a great facility. However, when we are able to get new materials, our students appreciate it and care for them as if they were their own. That is why teachers put so much effort into getting supplies.

My Project

Spinning is a great way for the young gentlemen to get in shape for the upcoming season. They need to work on building up the muscles in their legs, but most importantly they must increase their cardio. They need to be able to run across the field without losing their breath. Introducing this training is an excellent way for the team to start their training for the upcoming season. The only problem is the spin seat!

The football players would like a spin seat cushion to offer a more comfortable workout!

The young men are saying that although they enjoy the workout, the painful aftermath of the hard seat is turning them off to this great exercise.
